Order Processing Time & Delivery Standards:

On completing the payment, the order is recorded in our system. Once your order is ready we will directly deliver it to the address you will provide. To ensure the best delivery service, we ship using the top carriers (DHL, USPS) depending on the best option available. All orders above $300 are exempt from shipping charges. Following are the shipping rate distribution for orders below $300. All orders will be charged in your local currency automatically for GB, USA Dollars. The primary currency will be USA Dollars that can be converted into your local currency.

Priority Insured Shipping $ 19.95

 

Shipping Time for Artisians In-stock Items for Domestic and International Orders :

We ship globally. Since Luis Lodge products include artisans’ creations that are primarily handcrafted so the shipping time totally depends on the manufacturing and creation process.

If the item in your order is available in USA stock (already in finished product state), we ship it immediately as soon as your order is verified, it may take up to 5- 6 days during business days (Monday – Friday) to process your order. This is because we have to ensure the safety of delicate items and complete the insurance process before we hand it over to the delivery service provider. After in-house processing, it will take around 9-10 days for the order to be shipped to your doorsteps.

International orders, that are available in stock. The shipping time for the delivery service provider will be 14-18 days (the processing time will be the same here 5-6 days if the stock is already available). This is because of customs clearance and other factors that are beyond our control that may cause the delay for international orders. Please note that during holidays and limited edition launches, this time may vary with a slight difference. This also includes delays from the delivery service provider or custom clearance that is beyond our control.

Shipping Time for Artisians Items that are Made-To-Order, International & Domestic Orders:

For orders that require manufacturing from scratch, it may take up to 15 days to manufacture and process your order including packaging and safely handing over to the delivery service provider. Our artisans made products have a varying delivery time of 3 weeks (including processing and shipping from the delivery service provider for both the domestic USA and International Orders). This depends on the availability of raw materials with the artisans and que they hold to process and manufacture each order. For any change in shipping time, you will be communicated through the email address you will provide. Please note that during holidays and limited edition launches, this time may vary with a slight difference. This also includes delays from the delivery service provider or custom clearance that is beyond our control.

Shipping Time and change in address/ wrong address.

In case if your address is not verified or if you have provided a wrong address, you will be contacted via email, text message or call to verify your address. If your address is not valid, the processing time will be longer. Please make sure your address is correct, you have provided the accurate postal code, state name, and country name. Please do make sure that you have provided us your active phone number so we may contact you.

For orders with a wrong addresses that are processed & shipped:

You can change your wrong address within 24 hours of placing your order. Since we strive to process your order within 24 hours and then we hand it over to the delivery service provider so it becomes impossible for us to change the address. If your package is not processed and takes the normal processing time that is mentioned above, in such case we can change the address.  If your package is processed and shipped with the wrong address you provided, In such case, the customer will be liable for all the losses due to the wrong address provided.

Shipped Package returned to sender:

In case the package is undelivered and is returned to the sender then the customer will be contacted to update their address or confirm their address and other information so it may not occur again. This usually happens when you provide the wrong address or you don’t receive your package. Please note in such a case, the customer will be charged a shipping fee again to reship the package that was returned. Since we might have received the product again but the shipping charges were incurred already and is nonrefundable. However, there will be no processing fee included in this.

In case the sender (Luis Lodge) didn’t receive the return package, the company (Luis Lodge) will not be responsible for any loss that may incur to the customer. However, it is our sole responsibility to have clear communication with customers regarding receiving the returned item.
